You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes providing correct details about your garments and any specific cleaning instructions.
Item Inspection
You are responsible for inspecting your items before and after they are cleaned. If you notice any damage or issues, you must report them to us within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned items.
Prohibited Items
You agree not to submit any items that contain hazardous materials, are heavily soiled with bodily fluids, or are prohibited by law.
Service Limitations
Cleaning Process
We strive to provide the best possible cleaning for your items. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Color fading, shrinking, or other changes due to the cleaning process
- Items labeled as “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” that are cleaned per customer request contrary to these instructions
Loss or Damage
In the rare event of loss or damage to your items, our liability is limited to the fair market value of the item, not to exceed 10 times the cleaning cost.
Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon placing an order. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including re-cleaning the item at no additional cost. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Pickup and Delivery
Scheduling
Pickup and delivery services are available at designated times and locations. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to hand over and receive the items.
Unattended Delivery
If you choose unattended delivery, Dr Fabric is not responsible for any loss or damage to your items after they have been delivered.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dr Fabric and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
